Last week I was talking about life with a middle age woman, which make me thinking a lot. As she is almost about 50, so she saw much more than me, from rich life to poor time. The woman’s one sentence is correct: “everybody’s life is not flat, have some low time, have some high time. Seldom anybody is smooth during all his life, maybe just 1 in 100. This not only including work and also family, and also health” this is quite correct. For me at the moment, my work is on good time compare with other similar age people, but I not know what future will like. So we cannot live in Luxious life, refuse to spend all earning.
As if one day I was in low time, I can still live a life as now. From saving money to luxious is very easy. But from Luxious to simple life will be very hard. But this not means I cannot spent anything. Reasonable expense on nice food, high quality cloth and healthy entertainment are of course the reward of our own hard work.In the past I know a millionare friend, he only buy cloth from the cheapest market. I think he not need to be in such way. Another example of my uncle, everything he buy the most expensive one, wearing watch of more than 0.2 Million RMB. If use these money on other things, he not need to sell it now at price of 0.05million. Now he is very poor, thinking of the past, regret never works.
As everybody’s life have low time and high time, so we cannot look upon on those who is not so good at u at the moment, as maybe one day he is better than u. that time, u become the people been looked upon. For others, who is better than u, we not need to please them, as we are all equal. Maybe some day through ur effort, u r better than him

But I not totally agree with this middle age woman, as she think success is only because of lucky. And she pray for god to help her. I think god not give people things for no reason, especially to others who doing nothing every day only waiting. Each success need u to purchase. We cannot say each success man is just because of luckiness. Why he better than others, as he has sth. Others not have, such as wisdom,indurious or courage. But he not saying to all over the world, I am succcess because of wisdom,indurious or courage. So for others seems it is just because of lucky. But in fact each people get similar chance, some hold it, some give up. Anothers create chance for himself. Such as two brothers live next door. Little one always try to hold the chance. Like last year selling his company seafood, as his uncle own a factory of this kind. But old one never try. These two are in same background. Little one is more success the old one because he tried harder. Nobody can gain things for no reason, this is not just the simple word lucky.
To be frank, each people’s born situation as family and enviornment make people’s start different. This is for sure. But even if born in rich, we cannot not put effort, waiting for parents to give u everything. We need to creat by ourself. As these things are not within ur control, such as a family own business, now is very rich, if one day bankrupt, this is nobody can espect. So we need to be indepent. Not put all eggs in one basket. In that way, if one day ur parents need ur help, u can have the ability.
Another thing is honest, which will being u extra gaining. Such as the first time I went to a factory in Foshan, they saying to give me 3% commicion. But I refused, and I told this to Kevin, he is very appericate, and wanna to give me *bonus, which is more than that 3%, but I think too much, only charge *’s one third. From that time on, kevin trust me more and supplier trust our company more.
A lot of people complain how bad their bosses is. Not complain plz, thinking of how to establish the good relationship. Maybe because our Amit is too nice people. I told him Oct and Nov work amount not much, and GBP goes down, as he paying me USD, he need to take more out. I said give me *less is fine, but he say the happiness of staff is most important. (though my last invoice to him is USD*** less than originial, and finance is paying according to that, but his kindness, I accepted) Same with Kevin, I told him to pay me ***USD less during the fourth season. But he saying this year not yet give u bonus, so add these money back. So if u consider of others, others will also consider of u. Employee should thinking of pass the difficult time and happy time together with company, as we are a whole party.If company good, we will also good, if company worse, we will also worse. We cannot always live in 5 star hotel just because company will pay for this.
