Today finially go to do testing of body, so gym teacher can give me a trainning plan
The result i s is is is, body result 100. I always think myself too fat. But the result showing that just perfect.
But perfect in data is not meet the demand of modern people’s eye. My younger cousin always call me fat sister.And my elder cusion and cusion in law, wanna to stop relationship with me because of fat. And my sister in law always say : “ask the very fat aunt to help us to take….” Lol, life is so hard for me
During these two years I put on 5kg weight. It is really very sorry to my mom, my dad, my brother and my sister in law. During these years I suffer so much press (because of fat). And I not jump out of the window. It is such a mirocle, which is not normally people can suffer.
So my target is 5kg slimmer than now after trainning.
